Angela Sun, an American journalist and TV sportscaster, in addition to documentary film maker. Angela Sun, a journalist and sportscaster who has won prizes for her efforts in Santa Clara County California was born October 19, 1979. She holds a bachelor's diploma in Communications and Sociology from the University of California. Sun was a pro at surfing. She took part in various pro-am Surf competitions which allowed her to get sponsorships from brands such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The fame that she earned from participating in these events that led her into the realm of entertainment. Then, she went into the field of filmmaker, reporter for investigative reporting and sportscaster. Sun is a former anchor who has worked on numerous news networks. She worked for Fox Sports Net as a reporter in 2003. In 2012, she was host of American Ninja Warrior with Matt Iseman as well as Jonny Moseley. Sun hosts The Yahoo Sports Minute from the year 2014 until 2015. She is the only Asian-American who has ever appeared on ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports Tennis Channel. Sun is an established actress who has appeared in several movies. She was a part of films like Goliath (2016) and Hit the Floor(2014-2016) An Ideal Getaway(2009) Shackled (2005), Street Kings (2008), and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2004). Sun released Platic Paradise : The Great Pacific Garbage Patch which is a documentary that she produced and wrote herself.
