Katherine Jean Bolduan, also called her professional name Kate Bolduan, is an American journalist from the United States. She is most well-known as anchoring CNN's morning show At This Hour. Bolduan was also the anchor of CNN's morning show New Day and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's award-winning presidential election coverage for 2012. She also spent time in Washington DC as a correspondent for the US House, and US Senate. Bolduan was an integral part of the Capitol Hill Unit, reported on congress and legislative discussions, such as negotiations for raising the loan limit for federal government and Super Committee discussions. Bolduan has also worked as a general assignment correspondent covering events like that of the Christmas Day bombing attempt the significant Supreme Court decision on Obamacare and the implementation of Obamacare's government s stimulus plan in 2009.
